"Back home on the Ranch"

The waiting game begins. Window on order from Japan, minimum 14- 21 working days.

The main house.

All sorts of game come strolling past the house.

We went back to Sally and Steve's Sable Ranch between Polekwane and Makopeng. They have been the most wonderful people and allowed us to make this a home from home for two weeks. We were told our window will be ready to be fitted tomorrow - Thursday.

Ngepi to Kazangula.

3 July 2015 driving through Bwabwata Park from Divundu.
The road was loooong! (and straight - they have signs to say there is a curve coming up) - through the Zambezi Region previously known as the Caprivi Strip.

We could stay here forever!

Well , we have travelled from Martin's Drift to Francistown to Nata to Maun to Sepupa Swamp Stop in Botswana, to Ngepi Camp in Namibia, in the space of 10 days. A bit faster than we originally envisaged but the feeling was to get out of the main flow of Tourists in Botswana - they definitely cater for the fly in - fly out overseas tourist more.
Woodlands 4x4 stop outside Francistown and a chance to get Pula led to a two night stay at Nata Lodge and a trip to Sowa Pan and the Sanctuary. We are becoming avid "birders" - is that a sign of some sort?! The Pans are vast and there was just us and the birds.
